The following exceptions apply:
1. Guests staying in accommodation in the city of Venice and paying the tourist tax are exempt from the Access Charge, but must still have a QR code indicating the stay.
2. Minors under the age of 14 are exempt from paying the Access Charge. Should it not be obvious, proof of age may be provided in the form of an identity document.

2. Select "I am a guest in an accommodation in Venice" and click on "Exemption request".
3. Enter your arrival and departure dates.
4. In the data entry screen, use the accommodation number XXXXXX and select the option YYYYY as a guest of this establishment.
5. Add the names of other guests under "Add guest".
6. You will receive your QR code electronically. Be sure to save a digital copy.
